Lindsay Teff is a Texas attorney practicing in probate, guardianship, elder law, and estate planning matters.  As Of Counsel with B. Sloan Law and the founder of Teff Law PLLC, Lindsay provides compassionate, personalized legal guidance backed by the resources and experience of a respected, established practice.  She regularly assists clients with probate administration, heirship proceedings, muniments of title, small estate affidavits, affidavits of heirship, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and various estate planning needs.

Lindsay's primary focus is helping families navigate the probate process after the loss of a loved one. She understands that probate can be overwhelming and is committed to providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and practical legal solutions every step of the way. In addition to her probate practice, Lindsay helps clients create thoughtful estate plans designed to protect their loved ones and preserve their wishes for the future. She also assists families with guardianship matters and elder law concerns, helping clients plan for and address the legal challenges that can arise as loved ones age.
